#### 43 Transfer of accreditation 43 Transfer of accreditation > > (1) Accreditation as a certificate provider is not transferable, except as otherwise provided by this clause. > > > (2) A person who is accredited as a certificate provider may, with the approval of the Scheme Administrator, transfer that accreditation to a related body corporate of the person. > > > (3) The Scheme Administrator may approve the transfer of accreditation only if satisfied that the person to whom the accreditation is proposed to be transferred is or will be eligible for accreditation and will fulfil the obligations that the accredited certificate provider is required to fulfil in respect of the recognised energy saving activity or activities for which accreditation is to be transferred. > > > (4) The regulations may make further provision with respect to the transfer of accreditation, including by requiring a fee to be paid to the Scheme Administrator in connection with an application for approval of a transfer of accreditation.
