#### 203 Payment not an admission of guilt or liability 203 Payment not an admission of guilt or liability > The payment of a monetary penalty under this Division cannot be taken to be an admission of— > > > (a) a breach of a civil penalty provision, or > > > (b) liability for civil or criminal proceedings arising from substantially the same conduct.
