#### 200 Monetary penalty 200 Monetary penalty > > (1) If a person has contravened a civil penalty provision, a scheme entity may, by written order (a civil penalty order), require the person to pay a monetary penalty of no more than the penalty notice amount for the provision. > > > (2) If a corporation is liable to a monetary penalty under this clause, each of the following persons may be ordered to pay a monetary penalty if the person knowingly authorised or permitted the contravention— > > > > > (a) a director of the corporation, > > > > > (b) a person concerned in the management of the corporation.
