#### 198 Cabinet documents and proceedings 198 Cabinet documents and proceedings > > (1) This Part does not enable the Scheme Regulator or Scheme Administrator— > > > > > (a) to require a person to give a statement of information or answer a question that relates to confidential proceedings of Cabinet, or > > > > > (b) to require a person to produce Cabinet information, or > > > > > (c) to inspect Cabinet information. > > > (2) For the purposes of this clause, a certificate of the Secretary or General Counsel of the Cabinet Office that information or a question relates to confidential proceedings of Cabinet or that information is Cabinet information is conclusive of the matter certified. > > > (3) In this clause— > > > > Cabinet includes a committee of Cabinet or a subcommittee of a committee of Cabinet. > > > > Cabinet information means information that is Cabinet information under the [Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2009-052).
