#### 172 Improper creation of certificates 172 Improper creation of certificates > > (1) A person must not create or purport to create a certificate in contravention of— > > > > > (a) this Part or the regulations, or > > > > > (b) the scheme rules, or > > > > > (c) a condition of accreditation imposed by or under this Act. > > > > Maximum penalty (subclause (1))—2,000 penalty units. > > > (2) To avoid doubt, a person may be found guilty of an offence against this clause whether or not the certificate is registered in the register of certificates.
