#### 140A Ancillary offences 140A Ancillary offences > > (1) This clause applies to a person who, for an offence under this Part or the regulations under this Part— > > > > > (a) causes or permits another person to commit the offence, or > > > > > (b) aids, abets, counsels or procures another person to commit the offence, or > > > > > (c) conspires with another person to commit the offence. > > > (2) A person to whom this clause applies is guilty of the offence and is liable to the same penalty applicable to an offence against the other provision.
