#### 115 Amendment of accreditation 115 Amendment of accreditation > > (1) An accredited certificate provider may apply to the Scheme Administrator to amend the provider’s accreditation by— > > > > > (a) varying the activities for which the provider is accredited, or > > > > > (b) varying or revoking a condition of the accreditation imposed by the Scheme Administrator. > > > (2) Subclause (1)(b) does not apply to a condition imposed by this Act or the regulations. > > > (3) The Scheme Administrator must determine an application to amend a provider’s accreditation by— > > > > > (a) granting the application, or > > > > > (b) refusing the application. > > > (4) The regulations may make provision for the amendment of a provider’s accreditation, including by requiring an application fee to be paid to the Scheme Administrator for an application to amend an accreditation. > > > (5) The Scheme Administrator may refuse an application to amend a provider’s accreditation on grounds specified in the regulations. > > > (6) In addition to an application fee referred to in subclause (4), the Scheme Administrator may recover from an accredited provider the costs reasonably incurred by the Administrator in investigating and determining an application to amend the provider’s accreditation.
