#### 114 Conditions of accreditation 114 Conditions of accreditation > > (1) Accreditation as a certificate provider is subject to the following conditions— > > > > > (a) a condition imposed from time to time by the regulations, > > > > > (b) a condition imposed by the Scheme Administrator at the time of accreditation, or during the period in which the accreditation remains in force, in accordance with the regulations. > > > (2) A person must not contravene a condition of the person’s accreditation as a certificate provider. > > > > Maximum penalty (subclause (2))—2,000 penalty units. > > > (3) Subclause (2) extends to a condition to which the suspension or cancellation of the accreditation of a person is subject under this Part.
