#### 11 Review of licences 11 Review of licences > > (1) The Tribunal must, within 6 months after the end of each successive 5-year period (a review period), report to the Minister on whether the results of the Tribunal’s compliance monitoring during the review period indicate that a review of the licences in force under this Act should be conducted. > > > (2) The Minister is to consider the Tribunal’s report and may direct the Tribunal to conduct a review of the licences in force under this Act. > > > (3) The first review period under this clause commences on the commencement of this clause.
