#### 107 Creation of certificates for activities outside NSW 107 Creation of certificates for activities outside NSW > > (1) The scheme rules may make provision about the creation of certificates in relation to an activity, or class of activity, that creates peak demand reduction capacity in another jurisdiction, if an approved corresponding scheme is in operation in the jurisdiction. > > > (2) The Minister may approve a corresponding scheme for the purposes of this clause only if the Minister is satisfied that— > > > > > (a) the corresponding scheme is intended to promote activities that create peak demand reduction capacity, and > > > > > (b) the objectives of the corresponding scheme are consistent with the objectives of the peak demand reduction scheme established by this Part, and > > > > > (c) the monitoring and enforcement of compliance with the corresponding scheme to be approved is no less stringent than the monitoring and enforcement of compliance with the peak demand reduction scheme established by this Part.
