162 Transitional provision—urban area
S. 162(1) amended by No. 11/2024 s. 87.
(1) A notice under section 58(1A) of the Former SEC (Residual Provisions) Act 1958 specifying an area of land as an urban area that was in force immediately before the commencement of this section has effect as a notice under section 79 of this Act and may be amended or revoked accordingly.

(2) A declaration under section 65(3) of the Former SEC (Residual Provisions) Act 1958 of an area in an urban area for the purposes of section 60(3) of that Act that was in force immediately before the commencement of this section has effect as a declaration under section 81(1) of this Act and may be amended or revoked accordingly.
