135 Offence to give false information to authorised officer

A person must not—

S. 135(a) amended by No. 13/2025 s. 53(Sch. 1 item 29).

(a) give information to an authorised officer under this Part that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular; or

S. 135(b) amended by No. 13/2025 s. 53(Sch. 1 item 29).

(b) produce a document to an authorised officer under this Part that the person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular without indicating the respect in which it is false or misleading and, if practicable, providing correct information.
