123 Occupier to be given copy of consent
S. 123(1) amended by No. 13/2025 s. 53(Sch. 1 item 12).
(1) An occupier who consents in writing to entry of the occupier's residence or the land on which the residence is situated under section 122 must be given a copy of the signed consent immediately.
(2) If, in any proceeding, a written consent is not produced to the court, it must be presumed, until the contrary is proved, that the occupier did not consent to the entry under section 122.
