32 Definitions for pt 6 relevant distributor, in relation to a serious electrical accident, means the electricity distributor of the electricity involved in the accident. serious electrical accident means an accident in which electricity causes, or contributes to— (a) the death or injury of a person; or (b) damage to property; or (c) a fire.
