sec.89 QCA may seek advice or information
This section applies if, under section 88 (2) , QCA has been asked to resolve a dispute. To help resolve the dispute, QCA may seek advice or information from any other person. QCA may take the advice or information into account in resolving the dispute. If QCA seeks information or advice or takes into account advice or information QCA has been given for any other dispute, QCA must— if the advice or information is written—give a copy of it to the parties; or if the advice or information is oral—disclose the substance of the advice to the parties. s 89 amd 2007 SL No. 122 s 19 (sec.89-ssec.1) This section applies if, under section 88 (2) , QCA has been asked to resolve a dispute. (sec.89-ssec.2) To help resolve the dispute, QCA may seek advice or information from any other person. (sec.89-ssec.3) QCA may take the advice or information into account in resolving the dispute. (sec.89-ssec.4) If QCA seeks information or advice or takes into account advice or information QCA has been given for any other dispute, QCA must— if the advice or information is written—give a copy of it to the parties; or if the advice or information is oral—disclose the substance of the advice to the parties.
