sec.44 Placing meter or network device on customer’s premises
The customer must, at the customer’s expense— provide at the premises space, housing, mounting and connecting facilities for each meter and network device provided by the metering coordinator or distribution entity for the premises; and maintain the facilities in a safe and sound condition. The facilities must be in a position that meets the reasonable requirements of— for a meter—the metering coordinator; or for a network device—the distribution entity for the premises. s 44 sub 2007 SL No. 122 s 8 amd 2014 SL No. 338 s 16 ; 2018 SL No. 1 s 10 (sec.44-ssec.1) The customer must, at the customer’s expense— provide at the premises space, housing, mounting and connecting facilities for each meter and network device provided by the metering coordinator or distribution entity for the premises; and maintain the facilities in a safe and sound condition. (sec.44-ssec.2) The facilities must be in a position that meets the reasonable requirements of— for a meter—the metering coordinator; or for a network device—the distribution entity for the premises.
- (a) provide at the premises space, housing, mounting and connecting facilities for each meter and network device provided by the metering coordinator or distribution entity for the premises; and
- (b) maintain the facilities in a safe and sound condition.
