sec.37 Action if notice not complied with
If a customer does not comply with a notice under section 36 , the distribution entity may— refuse to provide customer connection services to the customer’s electrical installation until the customer complies with the notice; or if the customer agrees to comply with the entity’s requirements—provide the service.
- (a) refuse to provide customer connection services to the customer’s electrical installation until the customer complies with the notice; or
- (b) if the customer agrees to comply with the entity’s requirements—provide the service.
