sec.231 Existing registrations of items of prescribed electrical equipment
This section applies to an existing registration in force immediately before 1 September 2006. On 1 September 2006, the registration is taken to have been given— under chapter 7; and despite section 142, for the remainder of its term unless it is cancelled earlier. In this section— existing registration means a registration, under the 1994 regulation, of an item of prescribed electrical equipment. (sec.231-ssec.1) This section applies to an existing registration in force immediately before 1 September 2006. (sec.231-ssec.2) On 1 September 2006, the registration is taken to have been given— under chapter 7; and despite section 142, for the remainder of its term unless it is cancelled earlier. (sec.231-ssec.3) In this section— existing registration means a registration, under the 1994 regulation, of an item of prescribed electrical equipment.
