sec.222K Release of draft report and draft proposed code
QCA must, after complying with section 222J , publish on its website— a draft report about the material issues for the proposed distribution network code; and a draft of the proposed distribution network code. The draft of the proposed distribution network code may be a first draft or a revision of any draft of the proposed distribution network code that formed the issues document. s 222K ins 2007 SL No. 122 s 29 amd 2014 SL No. 338 s 13 (2) (sec.222K-ssec.1) QCA must, after complying with section 222J , publish on its website— a draft report about the material issues for the proposed distribution network code; and a draft of the proposed distribution network code. (sec.222K-ssec.2) The draft of the proposed distribution network code may be a first draft or a revision of any draft of the proposed distribution network code that formed the issues document.
