sec.222E Prescribed consultation— Act , ss 120H (2) and 120PA (1)
For sections 120H (2) and 120PA (1) of the Act , the consultation required to be engaged in before QCA may make or amend a distribution network code is any steps as required under subdivisions 2 and 3 .
