sec.208 Who may apply for internal review etc.
A person whose interests are affected by a decision mentioned in schedule 5 may apply to QCA for an internal review of the decision. A person who seeks an internal review of a decision is entitled to receive a statement of reasons for the decision. s 208 amd 2007 SL No. 122 s 26 ; 2009 Act No. 24 s 462 (sec.208-ssec.1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision mentioned in schedule 5 may apply to QCA for an internal review of the decision. (sec.208-ssec.2) A person who seeks an internal review of a decision is entitled to receive a statement of reasons for the decision.
