sec.207 Overtime payments
This section applies to a GOE industry employee who is employed— by an employer declared by the Governor in Council; and for a salary of more than the amount declared by the Governor in Council. The working of overtime by the employee, and the rate at which payment for the overtime is paid, is in the employer’s discretion.
