sec.165 Representations about 3-phase cage induction motors
A person must not represent that a 3-phase cage induction motor mentioned in schedule 4 , part 2 , item 2, is a high efficiency motor unless the motor complies with the high efficiency performance requirements for the item in part 5 of the relevant standard. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
