sec.145 Refusal to change energy efficiency label
If the regulator refuses to approve a change to an energy efficiency label for which an application is made, the regulator must give the applicant a QCAT information notice about the refusal. s 145 amd 2009 Act No. 24 s 456 ; 2010 SL No. 116 s 9
