sec.140 Minimum energy efficiency and performance criteria
This section states the requirements an item of prescribed electrical equipment must comply with for section 139 (1) (a) . An item of prescribed electrical equipment mentioned in schedule 4 , part 1 or 3 , must, if tested in accordance with part 1 of the relevant standard, comply with the performance criteria for the item in the relevant standard. An item of prescribed electrical equipment mentioned in schedule 4 , part 2 , must comply with the energy efficiency requirements for the item in the relevant standard. (sec.140-ssec.1) This section states the requirements an item of prescribed electrical equipment must comply with for section 139 (1) (a) . (sec.140-ssec.2) An item of prescribed electrical equipment mentioned in schedule 4 , part 1 or 3 , must, if tested in accordance with part 1 of the relevant standard, comply with the performance criteria for the item in the relevant standard. (sec.140-ssec.3) An item of prescribed electrical equipment mentioned in schedule 4 , part 2 , must comply with the energy efficiency requirements for the item in the relevant standard.
