sec.125 Compliance with National Electricity Rules instruments

This section applies to the holder of an authority or special approval if the holder is a Registered participant. It is a condition of an authority or special approval that its holder must comply with any National Electricity Rules instrument applying to the activities authorised by the authority or special approval. In this section— authority means a generation authority, transmission authority or distribution authority. National Electricity Rules instrument means a guideline, power system operating procedure or other procedure, protocol or standard made under the Rules. s 125 amd 2014 SL No. 338 s 25 (sec.125-ssec.1) This section applies to the holder of an authority or special approval if the holder is a Registered participant.
