sec.120 National Electricity Rules to be followed
A person must comply with the National Electricity Rules in operating an electrical installation if the installation— is connected directly to a supply network that is part of the Queensland system; or includes facilities for the provision of ancillary services to the supply network. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) is connected directly to a supply network that is part of the Queensland system; or
- (b) includes facilities for the provision of ancillary services to the supply network.
