Division 5 Powers and duties related to electricity supply and systems Electricity Reform Act 2000 47 (6) The electricity entity must restore the electricity supply disconnected under this section if: (a) the occupier: (i) consents to the proposed entry; and (ii) pays outstanding fees and accounts; (b) it is safe to restore the electricity supply disconnected under this section; and (c) there is no other lawful ground for refusing to restore the electricity supply disconnected under this section.
