54 Electricity officer's identity card (1) An electricity entity must give each electricity officer for the entity an identity card. (2) The identity card is to be in a form approved by the Minister and is to: (a) contain a photograph of the electricity officer taken for the purpose; (b) be signed by the electricity officer; and (c) identify the electricity officer as an electricity officer for the electricity entity. (3) A person must, within 2 days after ceasing to be an electricity officer, return the identity card to the electricity entity. Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
