43 Price regulation by determination of Utilities Commission The Utilities Commission may make a determination regulating prices and conditions relating to prices for: (a) subject to an electricity pricing order – the sale and supply of electricity to customers of a prescribed class; and (c) other goods and services in the electricity supply industry (other than network services provided to customers or to electricity entities) specified by the Minister by Gazette notice.
