37A Licence not personal property For section 8(1)(k) of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth), a licence is not personal property for that Act. Note for section 37A A law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory may declare a right, licence or authority granted by or under that law not to be personal property for the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
