34 Notice of licence decisions (1) The Utilities Commission must give an applicant for a licence, or for agreement to the transfer of a licence, written notice of the Utilities Commission's decision on the application. (2) The Utilities Commission must give an electricity entity written notice of any decision by the Utilities Commission affecting the terms or conditions of its licence.
