17 Licences may be held jointly (1) A licence may be held jointly by 2 or more persons. Electricity Reform Act 2000 11 (2) If a licence is held jointly by 2 or more persons, those persons are jointly and severally liable to meet requirements imposed under this Act, the licence or the Utilities Commission Act 2000.
