116 References to transferred provisions (1) A reference in an existing document to clause 9(2) to (6) of the Network Access Code includes a reference to section 66A, unless the context otherwise requires. (2) A reference in an existing document to a provision of Chapter 3 (other than clauses 24, 25, 31 and 34) or Chapter 9 of the Network Access Code includes a reference to the corresponding provision of any regulations made under section 111(2)(d), unless the context otherwise requires.
