101Obstruction

101 Obstruction (1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct an authorised officer, an electricity officer or anyone else engaged in the administration of this Act or the exercise of powers under this Act. Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months. Electricity Reform Act 2000 60 (2) A person must not use abusive or intimidatory language to, or engage in offensive or intimidatory behaviour towards, an authorised officer, an electricity officer, or anyone else engaged in the administration of this Act or the exercise of powers under this Act. Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
