New South Wales regulation
This Regulation starts on publication, defines the principal Act, and clarifies how a cross-reference in the Community Land Development Act 1989 should be read: where that Act refers to a “public authority” it can include an operator of a transacted distribution system for the purposes of the Electricity Network Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2015. That clarification can change which entities face the statutory duties or approval pathways tied to those cross-references (see reg 4).
