#### 35 Modification of ES Act provisions conferring functions on network operators 35 Modification of ES Act provisions conferring functions on network operators > The regulations may modify any provision of the ES Act that confers a function on a network operator for the purposes of adapting the application of the provision to or in respect of the functions of the owner, controller or operator of a transacted distribution system or transacted transmission system.
