#### 10 Post-transaction independent review 10 Post-transaction independent review > Within 12 months after completion of the last authorised transaction under this Act, the Treasurer is to commission and publish an independent review that— > > > (a) reviews the powers of the Price Commissioner under this Act (with the review to include consultation with stakeholders), and > > > (b) determines whether network charges have increased as a result of the authorised transactions.
