64 Power to order rectification, &c.
(1) [Section 64 Subsection (1) amended by No. 59 of 2009, s. 22, Applied:01 Jun 2010] [Section 64 Subsection (1) amended by No. 59 of 2009, s. 22, Applied:01 Jun 2010] If, in the Secretary's opinion, any electrical infrastructure is deficient in any respect, the Secretary may order the owner or person in charge of the electrical infrastructure to carry out specified work to repair or replace the infrastructure.
(2) This section extends to both technical and structural deficiencies.
(3) A person must comply with an order under subsection (1) within the time allowed in the order.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
