92A Definitions ***authorised officer*** means a public sector employee who— (a) is specified in an instrument under section 93BA(1); or (b) belongs to a class specified in an instrument under section 93BA(1); or (c) belongs to a prescribed class; ***conditions of authorisation*** means, in relation to an authorised officer, the conditions specified for that officer in— (a) the regulations; and (b) if the person is authorised by an instrument under section 93BA(1), that instrument; ***entry order*** means an order referred to in section 93BF; ***identification card*** means a card issued to an authorised officer under section 93BB(1).
