85 Definitions In this Part— S. 85 def. of *electricity corporation* amended by Nos 23/2009 s. 13, 38/2025 s. 60. ***electricity corporation*** means a distribution company, a transmission company, a generation company or VicGrid; S. 85 def. of *rail infrastructure* substituted by Nos 22/2013 s. 54(a), 41/2019 s. 117(Sch. 1 item 3.1(a)). ***rail infrastructure*** has the same meaning as in section 4(1) of the Rail Safety National Law (Victoria); S. 85 def. of *rail operations* repealed by No. 22/2013 s. 54(d).
