58 Duration of trial waiver Subject to this Division, a trial waiver has effect from the day specified in the trial waiver and for the period (not exceeding 5 years) specified in the trial waiver. Subdivision 4—Extension of trial waivers New s. 59 inserted by No. 33/2021 s. 6 (as amended by No. 41/2021 s. 89).
