51 Definitions ***innovative trial principles***—see section 52; ***proponent***—see section 54(1); ***supply of, or demand for, electricity***, in relation to a trial project, includes the generation of electricity for supply or sale or the transmission, distribution, supply or sale of electricity; ***trial project*** means a project that tests an approach in relation to the supply of, or demand for, electricity; ***trial project guidelines*** means the guidelines prepared and issued under section 63; ***trial waiver information*** means— (a) information considered by the Commission in making a determination under section 54 or any other decision under this Division; or (b) information relating to the operation and administration of a trial waiver; or (c) information relating to a contravention by a person granted a trial waiver with conditions to which that trial waiver is subject, including any one or more of the following kinds of information— (i) information relating to any proceeding under the **Essential Services Commission Act 2001** in respect of such a contravention; (ii) information relating to the service of any provisional or final order under section 53 of the **Essential Services Commission Act 2001** in respect of such a contravention; (iii) information relating to the service of any notice under section 54A or 54G of the **Essential Services Commission Act 2001** in respect of such a contravention; ***trial waiver order*** means an Order made under section 53.
