33E Registration (1) On receiving an application under section 33D, the Commission must— (a) register the relevant exempt person in the Register of Exempt Persons; and (b) enter the required details in the Register of Exempt Persons. (2) Registration of a relevant exempt person under this section takes effect when the Commission enters the required details in the Register of Exempt Persons. S. 33F inserted by No. 1/2017 s. 9.
