120 Transitional provision—Energy Legislation Amendment (Flexible Pricing and Other Matters) Act 2013 (1) Unless the context otherwise requires, on and after the commencement of section 5 of the **Energy Legislation Amendment (Flexible Pricing and Other Matters) Act 2013**, every reference in a current AMI Order to a relevant licensee is taken to be a reference to a relevant entity. (2) In this section, ***current AMI Order*** means an Order under section 46D that is in force immediately before the commencement of section 5 of the **Energy Legislation Amendment (Flexible Pricing and Other Matters) Act 2013**.
