116 Delegation by Minister The Minister may, by instrument, delegate to any person any function or power of the Minister under this Act, other than this power of delegation. S. 117 amended by No. 11/2002 s. 3(Sch. 1 item 18), repealed by No. 23/2009 s. 15.
