109G Period of effect of emergency direction
(1) An emergency direction takes effect on—
(a) the date specified in the direction; or
(b) if a date is not specified, on the day it is given to the distribution company.
(2) Unless sooner revoked or extended under section 109H, an emergency direction ceases effect 14 days after it takes effect.
