106 Definition ***prescribed offence*** means an offence against section 97(7) constituted by the use of electricity by a person in contravention of a direction under section 96— (a) of which the person is aware or is deemed under section 97 to be aware; and (b) which applies to the person— but does not include an offence by a body corporate.
