105 Person authorised by Energy Safe Victoria can bring proceedings S. 105(1) amended by No. 39/2005 s. 55(3). (1) A person authorised by Energy Safe Victoria either generally or in a particular case to bring proceedings for an offence against this Part, may bring those proceedings. S. 105(2) amended by No. 39/2005 s. 55(3). (2) If proceedings referred to in subsection (1) are brought by a person authorised to do so, the proceedings may be conducted by any other person authorised by Energy Safe Victoria to bring proceedings of that kind. S. 105(3) amended by No. 39/2005 s. 55(3). (3) All courts must take judicial notice of the fact that a person is authorised by Energy Safe Victoria to bring proceedings referred to in subsection (1) or conduct proceedings under subsection (2), as the case requires.
