21B Application of Corporations Act
[Section 21B Inserted by No. 9 of 2018, s. 17, Applied:10 Sep 2018] To the extent that a provision of this Act is incapable of concurrent operation with the Corporations Act, that provision is declared to be a Corporations legislation displacement provision for the purposes of section 5G of the Corporations Act.
